Of course I’m ecstatic, that’s a great label that will completely take care of them. It’s the same label that housed many of my favorites, such as Portugal. The Man. It’s a label I truly want to be on. I really pray that everything goes well with them on this label.
I just got my Max Bemis Song Shop Song
It was beautiful, I really couldn’t imagine a better song about me being written. The fact that my favorite musician wrote it, helped. I believe he could relate very easily, so it only made his song all that much better. I really feel a close connection to Max, and can’t wait to send him the song I wrote for him.
I just want to play my music, and throw my cares away.
Phone Call With Max Bemis
After waiting Eight Months I finally just got my call. As soon as I saw the area code I knew who it was. Truth be told it was kind of awkward with Bridget laughing at everything he said which in turn made me laugh which probably made us sound like little school girls on the phone. As if we weren’t haha. I’m assured knowing he’s going to buy a nice little table for Sherri and himself with the cash he got for the song. I told him about the song I wrote for him when I was seventeen and he told me he was excited to hear it. So when my song comes he’s going to get his.
All in all it was a pretty decent phone call, I made it pretty awkward which just makes it all the more memorable. At least I mustered up the courage to ask to try out for bass for Say Anything.
And Hey Max, if you see this, can’t wait to tour with you.

Stereo Memory Man is absolutely amazing, and the Boss DD-7 really gets the job done. Also I meant to add the S, because of the 5-letter word feel but I was in a rush and forgot haha. From what I heard you play from the Live-stream, I am pretty stoked for it. The Shoegaze movement really needs a push from the Turner Brothers and I’m totally going to want a signed limited edition Vinyl bundle of that when it rears it’s head!
